An outdated design that made it difficult to find content difficult

Crave is a streaming service for movies and TV shows, CTV is a leading Canadian network, and Noovo offers diverse French-language programming. At Bell Media, I focus on enhancing the digital experience for CTV, Noovo, and Crave. My role is to enhance the user journey across these platforms, ensuring seamless content discovery and navigation.

The showpage is a core feature of our platforms, serving as the main destination where users explore and engage with content. Originally built for Crave in 2018, it had not undergone a major redesign, making it difficult to adapt to the evolving business needs and user behavours of each brand.

The Problem

An outdated design that made it difficult to find content difficult

The existing design created a frustrating experience, making it harder for users to find key information and clearly understand what was included in their subscription.

The Problem

How did we get here

MyVisa aims to simplify the visa application process for Canadian passport holders. The app addresses the confusion and difficulties travellers face in the visa application process. MyVisa provides an app-based solution that guides users through each step, ensures key documents are not missed, and connects users to embassies and consulates. The development included extensive user research, ideation, prototype testing, and iterations for an improved user experience.
